Terms of Service for Afrigility.com Warehousing and Fulfilment On-Demand Marketplace Platform

Welcome to Afrigility.com, a warehousing and fulfilment on-demand marketplace platform that connects businesses and individuals with warehousing and fulfilment providers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Afrigility.com platform, and any of the services, products, or tools provided by Afrigility.com (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and businesses who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

You agree not to use the Services to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or to engage in any activity that is discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

The Services and all content and materials included on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), are the property of Afrigility.com or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Content for any commercial purpose, or for any purpose that is harmful to Afrigility.com or its affiliates, or any other person or entity.
